An article by Angela Hoffman, published in the December 2012 issue of Psychology Today magazine, discusses the importance of mindful awareness in the work of creativity and innovation. This article has inspired some of my greatest ideas throughout my career.

I just had to read this article and immediately had to share it on my blog. This is an excellent article that dives into the benefits of a mindful awareness of our own thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. Hoffman’s article is a great read, and you should definitely consider it for your own personal growth.

I had to re-read the article again today because it just hit me that I had to share it. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a new blogger, but today I was totally awake and not thinking about the world outside my head. The article is spot on the importance of having a mindful awareness of your own thoughts, thoughts, actions, feelings, and beliefs.

Hoffman writes that we must always be aware of our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs and that “as we go about the world we must always be aware of what we are doing and why we are doing it.” For me, this means that I have to be aware of the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs in my head. Being aware of what I am doing is a very important step in our awareness for living a mindful life. We must not be distracted by the outside world.

If I am trying to do something, I am aware of what I am doing and why I am doing it. Of course, I could be distracted by the world, but it is not my job to be constantly focused on the outside world. If I am distracted by the world, I am out of control.

As I said in my interview with Angela, the idea of “being aware of what I am doing” is not to simply be aware of the thoughts and feelings that I have. It’s to be aware of what I am doing. Being aware of what you are doing is to be aware of the choices you are making, not just to know that you are aware of what you are doing, but that you are actually aware of it.

Being aware of what you are doing is more than just knowing that you are aware of what you are doing. It means being aware of what you are doing. The act of being aware of what you are doing is to be aware of the choices and decisions you are making, not just to be aware of what you are doing, but to actually be aware of it.

What we are doing, and what we are doing isnt about what we are doing, it is about what we are doing. And while we are choosing to do things, we should also be doing things that are not our doing, instead choosing to take the time to do things that are our doing.
