Headspace (headspace.com) is a tool where you can turn your brain into a physical object. Basically, it’s a meditation app where you literally focus on your head. You can even control what your head looks like by using your phone, which is fun. The best part is that you can always turn the app on when you’re doing anything physical, such as walking, hiking, running, etc.
As much as people love to hate on Headspace, it actually works awesomely well. It literally helps you meditate, and it also helps you get out of your head. So if you want to get a more physical feeling of meditation, try Headspace.
I think meditation is super underrated. I can’t speak for all meditation apps, but I feel as if I have been meditating for years and years, and I never get bored. I can’t count how many times I meditated while working out and doing some other physical activity. I feel like I’m meditating at work a lot of the time.
