My friend Kathy is a self-aware person and she gives many talks in her classes on the topic of self-awareness. In one of her talks, she states that if you don’t feel like you’re at the top of your game, you are probably not.
One of the many things that can derail a person’s self-awareness is giving too much of your attention to too many things. So, I would say that any time you lose that focus, you’re making yourself less aware of the things that you are aware of.
Kathy Armstrong is a good example of a person who lacks self-awareness and instead focuses on the things that are making them feel good. I don’t think she’s aware of the things that are making her feel bad, but instead she focuses on the things that are making her feel good.

She is a busy socialite, but she has such a deep and fulfilling emotional life that she tends to go overboard on the things that she is focused on. On top of all that, she is a former dancer who had a few bad experiences in her past and now is a great example of the power of self-awareness to stop you from going overboard with things that you are focusing on.
Kathy Armstrong is the best example of this because while she is focused on feeling sad, she is also focused on her good feelings. That means she is constantly feeling like she is going to fall in love with someone, which is a huge part of what she is focused on in her life. She’s also a great example of how things can change in your life when you focus on a different thing, like what you are doing this week.
Armstrong is a great example of how we can change our focus from one thing to another. Sometimes we find ourselves in situations where we are focused on one thing and then we realize that our focus has changed, and our focus is now on something else that is more important.
Armstrong is a self-driving car guy who is also a car enthusiast. He told us that he is obsessed with getting people more involved in autonomous cars and that making the car “as simple as possible” is one of his top priorities.
As you can probably tell, this is not a very common scenario in real life. However, there is a very real reason why we tend to change our focus. Our focus can be limited or it can be unlimited. We might be focused on one thing, and then realize that we need to shift our focus to something else. We might be focused on one thing and then realize that the focus is on something else.
So how can we shift our focus? We can use the power of the power of our mind. We can use our imagination to create a new focus. For example, I might have an idea for a new project, and I might imagine I see a car parked outside my house. I might imagine that it’s a Mercedes and that it has a lot of horsepower. It might be a car that I want to own, and it might be a car that I want to buy.
This is known as “The Thought of the Future” where you see things through the lens of your mind. If we could only see the world through the lens of our mind, life would be easy. Instead, we have all the power of the thought in our hands. We can create ideas that are big, bold, and powerful, but also ones that can be put to the side, tucked away, or forgotten.
