The word kayar literally means “to be in a place, especially a hot one”. The word kayar may also be associated with a form of spiritual meditation. Kayars can be described as a “relaxing state of mind” or a “sense of peace of mind.” I know it’s hard to explain, but I can definitely relate to this description.
When you’re in a kayar, you go to a place of peace. You feel at one with the universe and are able to walk through your day without worrying about the future or what you’ll do when you’re older. Kayars can also be described as a state of spiritual or religious meditation. Kayars are said to bring one to a state of peace and harmony with life.
