The last few years, I’ve been reading up on how to effectively manage people around you. One concept that has been helping me out at the office, is that of “parker perry.” I’ve been using the term since I was a college student, but I was taught it in my early years of employment. Parker Perry means a combination of a person’s skill and personality that provides the best overall “people management” and management of the people around them.
Anyone who has ever worked with me knows I can be a bit of a jerk. But while I can be a complete dick, I try to be more considerate than that. I try to remember that people are basically all the same. Everyone is nice, everyone is trying to do their best, and everyone is trying to get along. People can have a great personality, but it doesn’t mean they’re always nice.
I think what Colt is doing is completely different from what we think he is doing. You only see him on the page when he’s not doing anything and you see him on the screen when he’s not doing anything. In the future we will probably see where he is now if you want to be the next person who has become a dick or a jerk. It’s not like the world is going to end, but we will.

Exactly. What is ironic about this is that because it’s such a simple process, it’s really hard to figure out when the dick or the asshole is. You can be a dick and a jerk at the same time. I think a lot of us think we are, but we arent. As soon as you start thinking you are, you are. And you can be a dick and a jerk at the same time.
Like all of us, Parker Perry was the son of an alcoholic and drug addict father. His father was never around when he was growing up. When he was fifteen years old, his mother died of alcoholism and a heroin overdose. When he was nineteen, his father died. After he got married at twenty-three he and his wife both began to use drugs and alcohol. In the beginning he was a really good alcoholic and drug addict. He was a really nice guy.
At twenty-three, he was a really good drug addict. And in the beginning of his drug and alcohol abuse, he was a really nice guy. He was also a really good baseball player. He hit home runs. He was the ace of his team at the time. He was also a really nice guy.
