Consciousness of Self CSOS is an important concept because we can achieve the same actions that people think we do. For example, if we’re angry, we can consciously say, I hate it when people get angry, and consciously do something to change our anger. We can be sad, and consciously say, I want to feel sad, and change our sad feelings into sadness. We can be happy and consciously say, I want to feel happy, and change our happy feelings into happiness.
We are also allowed to say, I hate it when people get angry. But if they’re doing so too much, they’re losing their power.
